Work

A small portfolio with real operating experience.

Zenkai has 10 projects to date. Across those projects, we estimate a combined user footprint of up to about 2,000 people. That makes us a focused, hands-on studio rather than a high-volume agency.

FLAGSHIP · OWNED & OPERATED

An avatar-powered social universe built as an evolving product, not a static showcase.

Zenkai Online combines social networking, layered avatars, customizable profiles, groups and forums, a browser-based virtual world, collectibles, events, and ZTV streaming. Those features describe Zenkai Online specifically; they are not a client-service catalog. Operating the platform gives the studio direct experience with the ongoing realities of identity, moderation, content systems, feature iteration, and long-term maintenance.

The rest of the portfolio

A focused portfolio, not a volume portfolio.

Not every project is appropriate for a public case study. These are the practical categories the studio has been built to handle.

Web product

Public sites, portals, and custom interfaces.

Design and engineering work where the experience needs to be clearer, more specific, or more capable than a generic template.

Membership / operations

Systems that have to work with people, not just pages.

Account flows, permissions, moderation workflows, content administration, notifications, and member-facing operational interfaces.

Interactive

Prototypes and smaller digital experiences.

Focused builds used to test an interaction, mechanic, system, or concept before committing to a larger production effort.

Public proof vs. private work

Not every project needs a marketing case study.

The public site highlights work we can responsibly show. Where a project is private, confidential, early-stage, or simply not appropriate for public display, we keep it private and publish only metrics we can support.

For a prospective engagement, we can discuss relevant process, technical decisions, or comparable work privately when we have the right to do so.
