Position Overview

As a Site Artist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Zenkai Online. Your creativity will bring to life custom illustrations, graphics, and assets that align with our anime-inspired theme while elevating the user experience.
Key Responsibilities

Design and create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and assets for Zenkai Online’s website, including banners, icons, and UI elements.
Collaborate with the design and development team to ensure visual consistency and alignment with the brand.
Develop concept art and mockups for new features, events, and seasonal updates.
Assist in creating custom avatars, badges, and other user-generated content.
Stay up-to-date with trends in digital art, anime aesthetics, and community-driven platforms.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a digital artist, graphic designer, or illustrator (portfolio required).
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design software.
Familiarity with anime-inspired styles and aesthetics is highly preferred.
Experience designing for web platforms or online communities is a plus.
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to feedback in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for creative problem-solving.

MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of September 4, 2026 by and between Zenkai Interactive Studios, LLC ("Company") and Applicant ("Recipient"), in connection with the position or opportunity identified as Site Artist.

1. PURPOSE

The parties may disclose certain confidential or proprietary information to one another for the purpose of evaluating, discussing, or participating in an employment, contractor, development, business, or other professional relationship.

2. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

"Confidential Information" means non-public information disclosed by either party, whether written, oral, electronic, visual, or in any other form, including but not limited to:

• software, source code, object code, tools, systems, and technical documentation;
• game concepts, designs, mechanics, prototypes, artwork, audio, stories, characters, and other creative materials;
• product plans, development roadmaps, research, inventions, processes, and methods;
• business plans, financial information, pricing, budgets, forecasts, and internal operations;
• customer, partner, vendor, employee, contractor, and applicant information;
• marketing plans, release schedules, unpublished projects, and strategic information;
• account credentials, security information, infrastructure, and internal systems; and
• any other information that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information or circumstances of disclosure.

3. OBLIGATIONS

Each party receiving Confidential Information agrees to:

(a) use the Confidential Information only for the purpose described in this Agreement;

(b) protect the Confidential Information using reasonable care;

(c) not disclose the Confidential Information to any third party except to persons who have a legitimate need to know and who are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations; and

(d) not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, distribute, publish, or otherwise use Confidential Information except as authorized by the disclosing party.

4. EXCLUSIONS

Confidential Information does not include information that the receiving party can demonstrate:

(a) was publicly available without violation of this Agreement;

(b) was lawfully known to the receiving party before disclosure;

(c) was lawfully obtained from a third party without a duty of confidentiality;

(d) was independently developed without use of the disclosing party's Confidential Information; or

(e) was released with written authorization from the disclosing party.

5. REQUIRED DISCLOSURE

If the receiving party is legally required to disclose Confidential Information, the receiving party may make the required disclosure, provided that, to the extent legally permitted, reasonable notice is given to the disclosing party so that it may seek appropriate protection.

6. OWNERSHIP

All Confidential Information remains the property of the party that disclosed it. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of intellectual property or grants any license except the limited right to evaluate or use the information for the purpose described in this Agreement.

7. RETURN OR DESTRUCTION

Upon request, the receiving party will reasonably return or destroy Confidential Information belonging to the disclosing party, except for information that must be retained pursuant to applicable law or routine backup and archival procedures.

8. TERM

The confidentiality obligations under this Agreement will continue for 24 months following disclosure or termination of the parties' relationship.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, information qualifying as a trade secret will remain subject to confidentiality obligations for so long as it continues to qualify for protection as a trade secret under applicable law.

9. NO EMPLOYMENT OR BUSINESS OBLIGATION

This Agreement does not require either party to enter into an employment relationship, contractor relationship, transaction, partnership, or other business arrangement.

10. NO WARRANTY

Confidential Information is provided for evaluation purposes without any representation or warranty regarding its completeness or accuracy, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the parties' agreement concerning confidentiality with respect to the subject matter described above and may be modified only by a written agreement authorized by both parties.

By accepting this Agreement, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to its terms.
